Die Referentinnen Melissa Steyn und Marie Buscattobefragen in ihren Vortr\u00e4gen Diversit\u00e4t, Geschlecht und Migration im Kunstfeld aus einer feministischen und postkolonialen Perspektive und weisen auf konkrete M\u00f6glichkeiten hin, Differenzen zu le\u00adsen und kritisch zu reflektieren. Diese Anregungen haben f\u00fcr die ZHdK eine grosse Relevanz f\u00fcr Forschung, Lehre und Hochschulentwicklung \u2013 aber auch dar\u00fcber hinaus f\u00fcr weitere institutionelle Felder.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>„The ‚Critical Diversity Literacy‘ framework can be regarded as an informed analytical orientation that enables a person to ‚read‘ prevailing social relations as one would a text, recognizing the ways in which possibilities are being opened up or closed down for those differently positioned within the unfolding dynamics of specific social context. The\u00a0presentation will outline ten criteria for ‚Critical Diversity Literacy‘.“<\/p>\n
