Speaker setup
The “speaker setup” is very important for the right decoding process !
Metering your Speaker-placement in your Room with the following parameters:
azimuth in degrees
elevation in degrees
distance in meters.
Attention !!
You must scale the distance from meters to units between 0.0 and 1.0 !
(1.0 corresponds = maximum distance )
Speaker setup
open “set_speakers”
set your speaker coordinates:
1. double click in the menue and type your speaker coordinates ( azi-elev-dist )
2. write your speaker setup as a xml – file.
3. press “dump” for sending to “decoder”
after dumping the coordinates:
