Immersive Lab
The Immersive Lab is an artistic and technological research project of the Institute of Computer Music and Sound Technology at the Zurich University of the Arts. Participating artists create works for a media space, integrating panoramic video and surround audio with full touch interaction. The main challenge for the artists is to find ways of translating touch into interaction models for their audiovisual ideas. At the end of the process, works are presented to the public in the form of interactive audiovisual compositions.

Telematic (2016-218)
Telematic Performance Format is an SNF research project at the Zurich University of the Arts. TPF investigates new possibilities for composed and improvised music, interconnecting performance spaces through the internet, thus generating a telematic performance space.

Feedback Audio Networks
Das Projekt «Feedback Audio Networks» (FAUN) erforscht wie signalverarbeitende Netzwerke mit Zeitverzögerung und Rückkopplung genutzt werden können, um Audiosignale zu generieren. Aufgrund ihrer komplexen Dynamik sind solche Netzwerke in der Lage, einerseits eine Vielzahl von Klanglichkeiten zu erzeugen und andererseits spontan rhythmische Muster auszubilden. Es wird angenommen, dass die Netzwerke dank dieser Eigenschaften ein interessantes und attraktives Werkzeug für Komponisten und Klangkünstler sind.
