Existing Mathematica 7 installation has stopped working because it can\u2019t find the License-Server. Here\u2019s how to fix that.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1. go to: \/Applications\/Mathematica.app
2. “right-click” (ctrl.+click) —> \/Applications\/Mathematica.app<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

3. open “Paketinhalt zeigen” or “show conent”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

4. double-Click —> “mathpass” or open with “TextEdit.app”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

5. Replace \u201c!dirserve.zhdk.ch\u201d with “!app-license.zhdk.ch”
6. Save and close the File
That’s all! —> start Mathematica 7.app now.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
