An ongoing exhibit in the\u00a0Sydney LiveWorks festival asks a bold new question: can you save the earth by having sex with it? According to an interactive installation by performance artists\u00a0Pony Express, maybe.<\/p>\n

At least, that\u2019s the hope of\u00a0ecosexuality, a somewhat growing movement of artists and activists who believe one problem in the struggle to save the earth from mankind\u2019s horrific destruction is our outlook on what the earth means to us in the first place. Their goal? Turn Mother Earth into Lover Earth.<\/p>\n

„If you piss off your mother,\u201d explained ecosexual affiliate Anna Morgan in an interview with\u00a0Vice<\/em>, \u201cshe’s probably going to forgive you. If you treat your lover badly, she’s going to break up with you.“<\/p>\n
