This event is the kickoff for the night program. We are bringing together childhood games and interactive visuals by building a station where the guests can experiment with mixing clips and live video streams. Think of Mario Kart meets Pokémon, mixed experimentally using visual effects and transitions (alongside groovy techno), creating a nostalgic atmosphere.
We don’t have any experience with VJing and took the chance to work with a new program called “Resolume”. The goal is to set up an intuitive interface as easy and accessible as possible so guests can play along and create a live experience. By building a safe space to experiment and perform as a “rookie”, we want to open the scene and blur the lines between artists and audience.
