The setting is a mushroom world which has its roots in the artist\u2019s family ritual of mushroom foraging. The original idea of holding a conversation with a virtual avatar instead of in person or the actual camera\u00a0emerged\u00a0from the idea of social awkwardness and a way for introverts to partake in socializing. This allows more room for playfulness and emotions displayed by the avatar whilst staying anonymous.
