Karin Schneider <\/b>(Vienna) is a contemporary historian, gallery and art mediator and researcher in the field of practice-based research, action research and art education. In the context of the research project <\/span>TRACES \u2013 Transmitting Contentious Cultural Heritages with the Arts <\/span><\/i>she works at the<\/span> Institute of Art Education<\/span><\/i> at the ZhdK in the work package Education and Stakeholder Involvement. As a member of the network <\/span>Another Roadmap for Arts Education <\/span><\/i>she also teaches at the <\/span>University of Applied Arts<\/span><\/i> (together with Andrea Hubin and Carla Bobadilla). From 2012 \u2212 2015 she was involved in the arts-based research projects <\/span>MemScreen<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>Conserved Memories<\/span><\/i> at the <\/span>Academy of Fine Arts Vienna<\/span><\/i>, dealing with the politics of history and memory in Austria. From 2000 \u2212 2007 she held a staff position in arts education at the mumok (<\/span>Museum of Modern Art<\/span><\/i>, Vienna).<\/span><\/p>\n

Karin Schneider<\/b> (Wien) ist eine Zeithistorikerin, Kunstvermittlerin und Wissenschaftlerin mit dem Schwerpunkt k\u00fcnstlerische Forschung, Aktionsforschung und Kunstvermittlung. Im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts TRACES \u2013 <\/i>\u2013 Transmitting Contentious Cultural Heritages with the Arts<\/i>, arbeitet sie am IAE (Institute for Art Education<\/i>) der ZhdK im Bereich Bildung und Einbindung von Stakeholdern. Als Mitglied des Netzwerks Another Roadmap for Arts Education <\/i>unterrichtet sie au\u00dferdem (zusammen mit Andrea Hubin und Carla Bobadilla) an der Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr angewandte Kunst Wien<\/i>.  Von 2012 bis 2015 war sie an den k\u00fcnstlerischen Forschungsprojekten MemScreen<\/i> und Conserved Memories<\/i> der Akademie der bildenden K\u00fcnste Wien<\/i> beteiligt, die sich mit der Geschichts- und Erinnerungspolitik in \u00d6sterreich besch\u00e4ftigten. Von 2000 bis 2007 hatte sie die Stabstelle Kunstvermittlung des mumok (museum moderner kunst stiftung ludwig wien<\/i>) inne.<\/span><\/p>\n
