my focus as a designer<\/strong>
\nThe use of traditional crafts to modern furniture design,some product with the soul of national and something visualization.I like music and movie,they will spark my inspiration.Also the daily life is a part that I focused,all sorts of little things and interesting story around me.And the sport,especially basketball ,a designer should have a healthy body.<\/p>\n

\nI hope I can learn more deep knowledge of the traditional culture and modern design to foster my professional knowledge and technology.To understand the combination of traditional and modern ways,have a try about the modern use of traditional craft.<\/p>\n

Ming-style furniture:The main design language is line,have the smooth and concise line,reasonable proportion and natural high quality wood as it\u2019s material.On the structure,it use the Mortise and tenon joint structure but nails and glue.It Is the unity of the art and craft.<\/p>\n

In China,Bamboo was regarded as auspicious objects.The whole chair was made from bamboo,it was a beautiful product with clever structure.The chair is strong and durable,low cost and low carbon environmental protection.<\/p>\n

This is the \u201cchair of the gentleman\u201d,designed by Shidayu.He dedicated to bring the rooted in the historical context of the traditional folk art and craft back to contemporary life,and give the new meaning to them.He hope to be able to produce a kind of new design that on the basis of \u201cmodern Chinese culture\u201d.Because of the typhoon,makes Taiwan bamboo particularly tough and tensile,the quality is very good.So he use the quality material and traditional craft to create his modern design.The chair with simple geometry outline of seat structure,the side view is like the Chinese character \u201c\u541b\u201d,means a man of noble personality.In the eyes of westerners, Chinese characters like images.on this point,the \u201cchair of the gentleman\u201dmakes “As the image of Chinese characters, chairs, bamboo” together perfectly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
