W\u00e4hrend zwei Wochen vom 17. bis 28. September befassen sie sich mit dem Thema \u00abFood \u2013 Production, Consumption, Communication and Culture\u00bb. An einem kulinarisch sehr dichten und diversifizierten Ort wie Hongkong werden die Aspekte der modernen Kultur und Wirtschaft der Nahrungsmittel mit Techniken von Design Thinking untersucht.
