What part of the job is the hardest?
«We follow the same style of work. Therefore, it is quite easy to create. For me, text is the same as photos, I visually arrange everything on the page so that it looks right. I spend hours looking for a good photos, and we buy them through some sites.

I started with graphic design when there were no computers and everything was done by hand. I liked seeing the result of my creations. Now it helps a lot to understand the point better.»

What is the biggest problem at work?
A very important property for a designer. The essence of communicative balance lies in the constant conscious balancing between opposite states of social relations. The polar points in such a balance are communication (as the implementation of information processes and the organization of a communicative environment) and isolation (the process of creative processing, understanding the received information in order to correlate its essence with one’s own „I“, with one’s own system of goals, tasks new projects).

What are the main requirements in accepting this job?
The component „design“ in such a definition as „visual content“ is extremely important and should stand in the first positions of the development algorithm, of course, after the very concept of content. A harmonious combination of structured content in combination with a mature, stylish and interesting design is the key to the great success of any visual component of advertising.

Why you would like to work here?
«It’s a big company, you feel much safer here. Also due to age. It’s a pleasure for me to work with good people in the travel industry. Before that I worked in a printing company, it was much more difficult there because I created my designs from scratch, and every time you have to come up with new ideas. In this work, I made a template that I am working on. I like this. »
