As a consequence quite a number of fundamental questions and problems arise concerning the terms and phenomenon of the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">individual, subject, person, artist or author<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2026 in the context of global politics. The lecture will expose some aspects and questions as \u201cthe <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">subject<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> between west and east\u201d; \u201cthe self and identity\u201d; \u201cthe individual, power and politics\u201d; \u201cthe artist as a migrant\u201d etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">Prof. Dr. J\u00f6rg Huber<\/span><span lang=\"DE\">\u00a0studied art history, literature, modern history and philosophy in Berne, Berlin, Paris; professor for critical theory and asthetics; head of the Institut of Critical Theory and professor at the Master of Arts in Fine Arts at the Z\u00fcrich University of the Arts (till october 2013).
