Das Modellieren&nbsp;hat den Vorteil das Material abgetragen, aufgetragen sowie mit anderen Materialien kombiniert werden kann.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verarbeitungshinweise<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Durch Erw\u00e4rmen auf 55\u00b0 wird die Masse weich und geschmeidig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erw\u00e4rme den Clay nicht auf Temperaturen \u00fcber 60\u00b0 C um ihn vermeindlich schneller verarbeiten zu k\u00f6nnen. Diese Vorgehensweise bewirkt nur eine \u00dcberhitzung der \u00e4usseren Schicht, w\u00e4hrend der Kern kalt bleibt. Ein \u00dcberhitzen f\u00fchrt zum Schmelzen der Wachsanteile und einem Auskristalisieren des Schwefels. Wir empfehlen ein langsames Durchw\u00e4rmen des Clays \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von ca. 3 Stunden bei 58\u00b0 C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bei normaler Zimmertemperatur bleiben die Modelle form- und kantenstabil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Oberfl\u00e4che des abgek\u00fchlten Modells l\u00e4sst sich manuell oder maschinell bearbeiten und gl\u00e4tten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als Untergr\u00fcnde eignen sich u.a. Holz oder Hartschaum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untergrund und warme Modelliermasse verbinden sich ohne den Einsatz eines Klebers. Der Untergrund sollte jedoch eine m\u00f6glichst rauhe Oberfl\u00e4che haben und staubfrei sein (Schaummodelle vor dem Auftragen des Clays versiegeln, z.B. mit Schellack)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die speziellen Hafteigenschaften von Clay erlauben den Auftrag kleinster Mengen zum Ausbessern besch\u00e4digter Stellen. \u00c4nderungen am Modell sind problemlos m\u00f6glich.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr
