Helle Farben enthalten weniger Pigmente und sind durchscheinender. Dunkle Farben decken besser,&nbsp;<s>s<\/s>chwarz ist zum Beispiel sehr deckend, w\u00e4hrend ein helles Gelb darunterliegende Farben durchscheinen l\u00e4sst. Siebdruck ist ein additives Verfahren. Das bedeutet, jede Farbe wird nacheinander gedruckt. F\u00fcr saubere Ergebnisse druckt man zuerst helle Farben, dann dunklere und zuletzt die dunkelste Farbe. F\u00fcr Papier und Stoff werden unterschiedliche Druckfarben verwendet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Druckfarbe f\u00fcr Papier<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Siebdruckfarben f\u00fcr Papier sind wasserbasiert, geruchsarm, hochpigmentiert, sie trocknen matt und schnell.&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druckfarben f\u00fcr Papier selbst mischen<br>Siebdruckfarben f\u00fcr Papier k\u00f6nne auch selber angemischt werden. Daf\u00fcr braucht es ein Farbmittel und ein Binder. Als Farbmittel kann Acryl, Gouache oder diverse andere wasserl\u00f6sliche&nbsp;Pigmente oder Farbstoff mit Bindemittel und allenfalls Additiven verwendet werden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additive f\u00fcr Papierfarben<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verz\u00f6gerer<br>Verhindert schnelles Trocknen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entsch\u00e4umer<br>Verhindert Blasenbildung auf glatten Oberfl\u00e4chen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vernetzer<br>Verbessert Haftung auf glatten Fl\u00e4chen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Druckfarbe f\u00fcr Textilien<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Siebdruckfarben f\u00fcr Textilien&nbsp;sind wasserbasiert&nbsp;zeichnen sich durch&nbsp;hohe Farbbrillanz, Waschbest\u00e4ndigkeit und Elastizit\u00e4t&nbsp;aus und haben einen weichen Griff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druckfarben f\u00fcr Textil selbst mischen<br>Textilfarbe k\u00f6nnen aus auch aus Farbstoffen und Bindemittel selbst angemischt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dabei gilt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F\u00fcr helle Stoffe<br>Transparentes Bindemittel verwenden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fcr dunkle Stoffe<br>Weiss vordrucken oder weisses Bindemittel verwenden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fcr dunkle Textilien<br>Wird besonders deckendes Weiss ben\u00f6tigt, Mischweiss reicht oft nicht aus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fixieren<br>Nach dem Trocknen wird der Druck erhitzt. Dadurch verbindet sich die Farbe mit dem Stoff. Das geht mit einer Hitzepresse oder einem B\u00fcgeleisen. Erst danach ist der Druck waschfest (bis 40\u00b0 C). Ohne Hitzefixierung l\u00f6st sich die Farbe beim Waschen wieder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additive f\u00fcr Textilfarben<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kalt Fixieren<br>Vor dem Drucken der Farbe beimischen. Bedruckte Textilien m\u00fcssen danach nicht erhitzt werden, sind aber erst nach etwa drei Tagen waschbar.Die Farbe wird dadurch aber mit der Zeit dicker und ist nicht lange haltbar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verz\u00f6gerer<br>Vor dem Drucken der Farbe beimischen. Verhindert ein zu schnelles Eintrocknen der Farbe im Sieb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spezialfarben<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt eine grosse Palette von Spezialfarben, mit denen sich besondere Druckeffekte erzielen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pusterfarben<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Farbe erzeugt einen 3D-Effekt. Die kleinen Puffperlen im Binder vergr\u00f6ssern sich bei der Nachbearbeitung mit heisser Luft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493
