Nach seinem Diplom arbeitete er mehrere Jahre als freischaffender B\u00fchnenbildner f\u00fcr unabh\u00e4ngige Theatergruppen, darunter <em>Exil<\/em> (OffOffB\u00fchne, 2000) und <em>Bad Hotel<\/em> (2001).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">1998 entwarf Bringolf das Production Design f\u00fcr Andrea Stakas <em>Hotel Belgrad<\/em> und begann damit eine umfangreiche Karriere im Schweizer und internationalen Kino. Seine Arbeit konzentrierte sich vor allem auf Arthouse-Produktionen, darunter \u201e<em>Snow White<\/em>\u201c (CH\/A 2004, Regie: Samir), \u201e<em>Op\u00e9ration Libertad<\/em>\u201c (CH 2012, Regie: Nicolas Wadimoff), \u201e<em>Cronofobia<\/em>\u201c (CH 2017, Regie: Francesco Rizzi), <em>Platzspitzbaby<\/em> (CH 2019, Regie: Pierre Monnard) und <em>Swissair 111<\/em>(CH\/CAN 2024, Regie: Mauro M\u00fcller) sowie die Fernsehserie <em>Les Indociles<\/em> (RTS 2023, Regie: Delphine Lehericey).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Seit 2007 unterrichtet Bringolf Szenografie und Production Design an der ZHdK. Sein Forschungsprojekt <em>Last Memory Motel<\/em> (2013\u201316), das sich mit Wohnr\u00e4umen und Umgebungen f\u00fcr Menschen mit Demenz befasste, wurde mehrfach ausgezeichnet. Seine Publikation <em>Die Stadt im Film<\/em> erschien 2008 im Band Desorientierung\/Orientierung, herausgegeben vom Lars M\u00fcller Verlag.<\/p>\n<h5>K\u00fcnstlerische Praxis<\/h5>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bringolf versteht Production Design als Schnittstelle zwischen Architektur, \u00c4sthetik und Alltag \u2013 er schafft R\u00e4ume, welche die Erz\u00e4hlung und Szenen eines Films beherbergen.
