The Zurich Feature Film Conference is an event organised by the Institute for the Performing Arts and Film<\/a> in collaboration with the Film Department<\/a> of the Zurich University of the Arts. The conference will take place on Stage A of the Theater der K\u00fcnste (Gessnerallee 9, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland).<\/p>\n

Ticketing<\/strong>
\nAdvance ticket sales is closed. There is the possibility of purchasing tickets directly at the daily box office.<\/p>\n

Pricing<\/strong>
\nZFICTION ticket (2 Days) = CHF 130;
\nreduced rate for external students (only with student card) = CHF 80.<\/p>\n

ZFICTION day pass (1 Tag) = CHF 90;
\nreduced rate for external students (only with student card) = CHF 50.<\/p>\n

ZHdK members (staff and students) (only with ZHdK card) = CHF 0.<\/p>\n

\nThe talks at ZFICTION.26 will be in English.<\/p>\n

Research and Film<\/strong>
\nThe Research Focus Film<\/a>\u00a0of the ZHdK promotes practice-based research and a professional debate on current forms of filmmaking. Starting in 2020, the international documentary film conference ZDOK<\/a> is joined by the fiction film conference ZFICTION<\/a>. The twin conferences take place alternately every two years and seek to address relevant topics from different perspectives: Filmmakers present their works and give lectures on their distinctive attitudes and working methods, while film scholars examine the conference topic from a theoretical point of view. Discussion panels bring the two perspectives together.<\/p>\n
