little silver book

last week i was finally received some books i had put on hold at the library. one of my professors had shown them to us when we were doing photo collage and montage. if you are interested in collage as an art form, I would highly recommend them. they are quite hefty and probably very expensive… thank god for libraries.

after paging through both books, i was inspired (of course) to work with collages myself. i received a jako-o catalogue in the mail on the same day and decided to try and transform the unicorn-poop children’s clothing into something magical and special. check out their site to get an idea what a challenge it was…

i have yet to show the little book i made during our photo project (coming soon i promise!), but i had so much fun making it that i wanted to make another book. i choose to cover the pages first with aluminum foil because it seemed so sparkly…
