Lernprozesse in der diskriminierungskritischen kulturellen Bildungsarbeit

Seit Sommer 2016 leiten wir gemeinsam die KontextSchule, eine Fortbildungsplattform für Berliner Lehrkräfte und Künstler*innen. Schule als zentraler Ort des Lernens und Wissensaustauschs wird aus Sicht interner und externer Akteur*innen mit Mitteln der Kunst, Pädagogik und Wissenschaft befragt. Ein zentrales Ziel ist die Entwicklung diskriminierungskritischer Perspektiven und Formate für den Kontext Schule. Für den Textbeitrag haben wir das Format Q&A (Questions & Answers) gewählt, um uns über die Lernprozesse der vergangenen zwei Jahre auszutauschen.

Learning Processes about Non-Discriminatory Practices in the Field of Cultural Education 

Since summer 2016, we have been leading the KontextSchule, a platform for the continuing education of teachers and artists in Berlin. Adopting the viewpoint of those who stand inside and outside of schools, we employ the tools of art, pedagogy, and science, to interrogate the very notion of school as a central place of learning and knowledge exchange. One of the KontextSchule’s main aims is to help participants develop an awareness, and by extension, critique, of discriminatory perspectives and practices. For our contribution we chose the Q&A (Question & Answer) format in order to share our learning experiences from the past two years.
