The workshop Intense-Sense-City focuses on the perception of Hong Kong with our senses.

In our project we engage ourselves in the sense of touch with the ambition to make it tangible by the surrounding noises of the North Point District.
Styrofoam-Transport-boxes, which are spread all over the marketplace and used as a trash box afterwards, are a surprisingly good medium for this purpose.
They absorb certain noises and vibrate thus making them tangible.

After certain experiments on selected, highly frequent locations, our aim is to create a tangible installation in Hong Kong’ s North Point District.
