How does Hong Kong smell? How can you smell Switzerland in the streets of Hong Kong?

In our project we would like to share the smells from Hong Kong with people in Switzerland and at the same time we would like to bring the smell from Switzerland to Hong Kong. With different experiments we tried to capture the fish smells of the Chun Yeung Street wet market in clothes. But it wasn’t that easy. Then we thought how can we exchange the smells from both countries in a special way of communication. By post!
