About

The blog Study Group on Performance was initiated as part of the requirements of the class by the artist Georgia Sagri during the Study Group on Performance Spring 2018 at Zhdk Media & Art department. During the time of the class we look at performance works and search, analyze and discuss them. We also raised questions such as: is there a way to prepare for a performance? Is there a difference between rehearsal and training? 

During the workshop time the group is encouraged to perform (indoors and/or outdoors) to engage to create scores. 

Some exercises where given to the group and to slowly operate together like a laboratory of thinking and action that aims to navigate the unsettling and interdisciplinary ground of performance, the mortal medium of visual arts.
