Jacqueline Abrahams is a British production designer. She has received a BIFA Award for His House and a BAFTA Award for the television series Wallander.
After training in Fine Art with a specialisation in performance and live art, she worked for four years as a scenic painter before transitioning into production design. She has since contributed to a wide range of productions, encompassing both large-scale studio builds and location-based work. Abrahams has designed for feature films, short films, television drama, children’s drama, and theatre, collaborating with acclaimed directors including Yorgos Lanthimos, Yann Demange, and Michael Winterbottom.
She is particularly known for her work on The Lobster (2015, dir. Yorgos Lanthimos; premiered in competition at the Cannes Film Festival, Jury Prize), Lady Macbeth (2016, dir. William Oldroyd), His House (2020, dir. Remi Weekes), Wallander (2008, BBC television series), The Look of Love (2012, dir. Michael Winterbottom), and How I Live Now (2013, dir. Kevin Macdonald).
