City as a Game Board – A Playful Exploration

Wenn man in einer Stadt umherzieht, wählt man für gewöhnlich die Orte, die man besichtigen will, bewusst aus. Bei unserem Projekt überlassen wir die Entscheidung für ein Ziel durch einm Würfel. Der Würfel wurde auf einer Karte von Hong Kong geworfen und brachte uns so an zufällige Orte, bei denen wir uns die Anzahl Stunden aufhielten, die der gefallene Würfel gezeigt hatte.  Die Ergebnisse dieser Entdeckungen stellen wir hier aus.

When you move around in a city you usually choose the places you want to visit consciously. In our project we handed this decision to the dice. Rolled on a map of Hong Kong, the dice brought us to random places where we spent the number of hours shown on the dice. We exhibit the results generated during these playful explorations.
