One of the coolest things about IDSS so far has been making things. I’ve always been a text/audiovisual-focused person, and designing a tangible, three-dimensional product is new to me. Making bamboo baskets, making our project model yesterday– it’s inspiring to see what we’ve made at the end of the day. I feel like the word make is stuck in my head: make the world work a little better, make improvements to things, make things.
