Im Rahmen des Food Zürich Festivals:
Pasta gibt es in tausend Formen. Wie wird daraus deine eigene? Die Corzettti aus Ligurien sind ganz besonders: Sie werden gestempelt. Mit einem Pasta-Stempel bekommt jedes einzelne Pasta-Stück ein Motiv aufgedrückt. Bei dieser Kochveranstaltung produzieren wir Pasta, entwerfen eigene Stempel-Motive und stellen damit die Pasta-Stempel am 3D Drucker her.
