Born in Switzerland, Corinna Glaus gained experience as a dramaturge and assistant director at various German state theatres in the 1970s. During this time she also created her own productions in the independent theatre scene. In 1980, she began working in Swiss feature films: from assistant director to script continuity, she also became familiar with casting, which she made her main task in 1995.
Since 1997, she has been casting national and international projects in the fields of cinema, television and advertising with „Glaus Casting“. Between 2007 and 2018, she and her colleague Susan Müller were responsible for the „Junge Talente.ch“ project, which introduced 75 young actors to the world of film. Since 2022, Glaus is the owner of „Glaus&Gut Casting“. She also teaches casting and acting at various universities.
