Imagine that you notice every sound that’s made around you, all the time… THE REASON I JUMP uses 360-degree sound to take an audience into a world of intense sensory experience in its portrait of five autistic young people.

Taking us through the Pro Tools session for the film, sound designer and sound engineer Nick Ryan and director Jerry Rothwell will explore how they built the sonic environment of the film. They will explore their treatments of the different layers which make up the film’s award-winning soundtrack.
